Join me for this special two-hour journey that combines the soothing practice of restorative yoga with the healing vibrations of a sound bath.
Restorative Yoga: Begin your experience by flowing through gentle, restorative yoga poses designed to release tension and open up your body. This practice is accessible for all levels and aims to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and prepare your body for deeper relaxation.
Sound Bath Experience: After the yoga practice, settle into a deep state of relaxation as you bathe in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, steel tongue drum & chimes. The vibrations will work to release blockages, restore energy flow, and promote inner peace.
Nurturing Environment: Set in the peaceful surroundings of Burlington, Ontario, this event offers a serene, intimate space for rejuvenation and healing.

Exchange: $55 Per person — or register with a friend and pay just $50 each
Event Details:
A yoga mat, blanket(s), a pillow or two (bed pillows work great) for comfort while lying down
Water to stay hydrated before and after the session
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely
Yoga blocks if you have them
Optional:
A bolster to support your head or knees
An eye mask or scarf to help you relax fully
What to Bring:
By registering for this wellness event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration and Cancellation Policy:
• All registrations are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made in writing at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations meeting this requirement will be refunded in full.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the event or for no-shows.
Minimum Participation Requirement:
• This event requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In the unlikely event of cancellation, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
Age Requirement:
• Participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend this event. Proof of age may be required.
Event Changes or Cancellation:
• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event at our discretion. In the case of cancellation by the organizers, participants will be refunded in full.
