A little about me…

Hello, I’m Andrea—thank you for visiting.

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYA 200hr), Certified Reiki Practitioner, Certified Intuitive Life Coach, and Wellness & Meditation Guide. My passion lies in supporting others on their journey to self-discovery, healing, and balance.

Movement has always been an integral part of my life. Growing up as a competitive dancer, I developed a deep understanding of the body’s connection to movement. After getting married and starting a family, I sought ways to maintain a healthy, mindful lifestyle. That journey led me to yoga, where I found not only a physical practice but also a path to deeper self-awareness and healing.

Like many, I experienced challenges along the way. A lower back injury became a turning point. Balancing the demands of a young family while coping with back pain, stress, and anxiety made me realize the importance of true self-care. My body was telling me it was time to listen. I began exploring holistic healing practices, including yoga, meditation, and breathwork, which became essential tools for my physical and emotional well-being.

Then, I discovered Reiki energy healing, which deepened my personal transformation and ignited a new passion for guiding others. As I integrated these practices into my life, I became stronger—mentally, physically, and emotionally. The more I healed, the more I felt called to share these powerful modalities with others.

In 2017, I completed my Yoga Teacher Certification, specializing in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Prenatal Yoga, with an additional focus on meditation and breathwork. In 2020, I expanded my practice by becoming a Certified Reiki Practitioner, and in 2025, I earned my Intuitive Life Coach Certification, further deepening my ability to support others on their personal growth journeys. Currently, I am also pursuing Sound Healing Certification.

I truly believe that healing is a lifelong journey, and we all deserve support along the way. It is my privilege to guide and inspire others, helping them reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner peace, and embrace the beauty of movement and mindfulness.
