Private Yoga
Also known as yoga personal training or yoga 1:1. A private yoga class designed around your needs and abilities is the safest & easiest way to build a healthy yoga habit.
In person: $100 CAD / 60 min.
Online: $80 CAD / 60 min.
Group Yoga Classes
Be it finding balance, strengthening muscles, mastering forms, practicing mindfulness, stretching, relaxing or getting a good workout, there is a shared energy within the group as they are guided through practice. Private group and Corporate group classes are available.
Prices Vary depending on group size and format (In person or online).
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki takes a non-invasive approach to energy transfer that is extremely effective in promoting overall wellness. Reiki does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it’s used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well-being.
In person: $120 CAD / 60 min.
Distance Reiki: $50 CAD / 30 min.
Guided Meditation
Meditation is an incredibly enjoyable, healthy and inspiring way to achieve inner peace, and guided meditations are, quite simply, the easiest way to meditate. They help you to achieve a state of deep inner stillness, so that your mind can be cleared of clutter and unwanted thoughts, and then filled with vivid visualization experiences that effect positive personal changes.
Prices Vary depending on group size and format (In person or online).
Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
This same concept is utilized in meditation by regulating the breath, but with sound it's the frequency that is the agent which influences the shift.
Private Session: $130 CAD / 60 min.
Couples or sessions with two people : $160 CAD / 60 min.
Group Sound Bath: $500 CAD / 60 min. (Includes up to 10 people)
